On Friday 15th April, we hosted the Softball Senior ODT at Rosedale Park. The event saw 12 boys teams and 8 girls teams in action. Westlake Boys High School claimed victory in the boys’ league, with Pukekohe High School securing silver. In the girls’ competition, One Tree Hill College emerged as the champions, with Rosehill College finishing as the runners-up.
Despite the typical Auckland weather with intermittent rain, it was a fantastic day filled with spirited competition. The players, coaches, and spectators persevered through the conditions, showcasing their passion for the sport.
A special thanks to North Harbour Softball, Auckland Softball, Lucy, and all the dedicated umpires whose efforts made this event a success.
