Windsor competed at the College Sport Auckland Senior Waka Ama Regatta with his team winning gold in the 250m and bronze in both the 250m and 500m races. He competed at the Te Wānanga o Aotearoa Waka Ama Sprint Nationals where his team placed 8th in the 250m, 6th in the 500m and 3rd in the 1000m. Windsor competed at the NZSS Waka Ama Nationals and Whāingaroa Hoe where his team finished 16th in the 20km race.
