Tarin is an A2 player who was captain of the Mt Albert Grammar School Squash team and were overall winners of the College Sport Auckland season. Tarin competed at the NZSS Championships and was an integral part of his team where his team finished 6th overall and he was selected for the NZSS team. Tarin was part of the Eden Epsom Cousin Shield team (senior men’s premier league). At the North Island Juniors and Remuera Open Tarin was placed 5th and 3rd at the Auckland Open. Tarin was selected for the Junior Quadrangular team.
