A sunny day welcomed over 220 students from 23 Schools to Saint Kentigern College for the Aquathon Championships. Athletes competed in their respective age groups of Juniors Intermediates and Seniors as individuals or part of a team. This year saw sixty-two compete. St Cuthbert’s Retain Premier Hockey Title
In the Premier Grade Westlake Girls finished top of the table at the completion of the 14 round regular season with both teams sharing a win a piece against each other. First the Westlake Boys 2Xl defeated Mt Albert 1XI 2 – 0 in the Greater Auckland final. The team were unbeaten in the Greater Auckland Competition only conceding 1 goal.
