In the Premier Grade Westlake Girls finished top of the table at the completion of the 14 round regular season with both teams sharing a win a piece against each other. During the finals, the score was nil all at halftime, after the break St Cuthbert’s produced 3 goals, the final goal from a penalty corner on full time to win 3 – 0 leading them to their title as Girls Premier Champions for the sixth year in a row.
In the Girls Greater Auckland A1 Competitions Westlake Girls High School featured in both finals finishing runners-up in both. Epsom Girls 1st XI won the A1 final defeating the Westlake Girls 2XI in a penalty shoot-out after the scores were level at 2 a piece at the end of regulation time. Epsom Girls 1st XI have definitely fought their way up the ranks redeeming the title as the Girls Greater Auckland A1 Champions for 2022.
