Lauren was Coxswain for the Diocesan School for Girls U18 Eight who won gold at the College Sport Auckland Head of Harbour Regatta, silver at the NISS Championships, gold at the North Island Club Championships, 4th Maadi U18 Coxed Quad, and was selected for the New Zealand U19 Development camp. She was Coxswain for Auckland Regional Open Women’s Eight (Auckland Rowing Association Coxswain of the Year) and a member of the New Zealand U19 Men’s Eight – the highest accolade for a school age coxswain.
