Amelie Hall is a Year 13 student at Takapuna Grammar School who coached three of the school’s netball teams this season, plays in our third senior team and umpires regularly. She is passionately involved in the running of netball and always offers help to increase the awareness of the programme within the community. She is dedicated to netball as she has games and training six times a week and shows up to all of them with a smile on her face. She creates a fun and positive learning environment, is an advocate for participation and takes time to demonstrate and explain skills and drills to support the girls’ understanding of technique. Amelie has completed several Netball North Harbour and North Harbour Sport coaching courses and wants to continue to get her Community Coach levels 1 and 2 completed so she can continue developing her players to greater heights.
