Star Toa, 16, and Lepa, 18, play rugby league and rugby union respectively and are both making waves in their chosen sports. Auckland Grammar School: Auckland Grammar School hosted this year’s annual 1st XV game against King’s College on Saturday was yet again another classic encounter that matched the rivalry of previous years. Pukekohe High School wins opening game in college 1st XV competition

AucklandNOW: Pukekohe High School and Alfriston College opened the first round of the Rainbow’s End Counties Manukau and Waikato Secondary School 1st XV College competition. Both teams came out attacking, but it was Pukekohe High School who took their opportunities in a 39-26 win at Alfriston College. Pukekohe High School winger Patrick Butters opened the scoring with a penalty kick. Winger Bayley Tucker then finished off an impressive period of attacking play to score one of the two tries he scored in the match. NZ Herald:  Takapuna Grammar have made a 2-0 winning start to the North Harbour 1A competition, and certainly turned heads on Saturday with their 27-22 home win over Massey.
