Botany Downs Secondary College have claimed the NZSS Senior Baseball title for the second year in a row. Their semi-final against Glendowie College ended in a nail-biting tie-breaker after a 9-9 draw, then they took on Auckland Grammar School in the final. A very close game, but BDSC managed to claim an 8-4 win to be named back-to-back Champions. Tuku Repia from BDSC also took a clean sweep of the individual awards to be named Best Pitcher, Best Batter, and overall MVP for the Tournament.
