On the 29th of November, we held our Junior Tag Champs at Cox Bay Reserve. We had 8 Boy’s and Girl’s teams participate. The Zone Days held earlier in the month determined what teams would make it through to the championship. In the Girls Final we had a very close game between Aorere and Westlake Girls where it ended up going to a drop off to find the winner and Aorere came out on top. Orienteering at Eden Park
On Wednesday 13th September, Eden Park and Counties Manukau Orienteering delivered the first ever urban adventure race through our National Stadium. Known as Orienteering Sprint Racing, students sped about the stadium using a map to navigate their path from checkpoint to checkpoint (called “controls”) around a predefined course. Orienteering is a recreational activity for everyone!
