We had our Premier and Senior A Basketball Finals on Friday 23rd August at Eventfinda Stadium. The day started off with a very close and exciting game, with Carmel taking the win over Auckland Girls in the last 5 minutes of the game. Final score: 70-75 The following game was Dilworth vs Rangitoto, where Dilworth took the victory. Rangitoto put up a good fight and never game up until the last hooter. Lacrosse Championships
We had our Lacrosse Championships on Thursday 22nd August at Avondale Race Course. It was perfect conditions with the sun shining down all day. We had 4 teams compete in our Division 1, with Epsom Girls taking out the grade with convincing wins. There were 6 teams in our Division 2 grade, with Selwyn taking out the grade.
