Student Spotlight: Evan Williams

Today’s featured student is a top rower from Takapuna Grammar School – Evan Williams. Evan won the under 18 single sculls at both the College Sport Auckland Head of Harbour Regatta and the North Island Secondary School Championships earlier this year, and although school rowing season was cut short with the cancellation of MAADI Cup, he’s kept up his rigorous training schedule at home. Declaration of final placings for summer sports

Final playing days for several summer College Sport Auckland competitions were cancelled due to COVID-19. This situation, and subsequently the decision made to cancel the season earlier than scheduled, is unprecedented.
