Director of Netball

Rangitoto College is seeking a Director of Netball to lead the participation and performance of our Netball programme. This is an exciting initiative that gives the successful candidate a chance to have a positive impact on our students and the wider community. The Director of Netball will work closely with our wider sports department and will be responsible for building a successful pathway for our athletes that leads to an outstanding Netball experience.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Coaching qualifications and/or equivalent experience
Strategic thinking
Strong planning and organisation
Excellent communication skills
A people person, able to build trust and maintain strong relationships
Creative – “outside the box thinking”
Flexible, proactive
This part time contract provides flexible working hours and a competitive salary to reflect the importance of the role. There is also the possibility of supplementing income through the provision of holiday camps.
