Kristin School is a co-educational, non-denominational, independent school on Auckland’s North Shore. It provides education for over 1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13, with dual pathways through NCEA and the International Baccalaureate programme.

Kristin’s sport department oversees sports from the Junior, Middle and Senior Schools, so is always a hive of activity. We are seeking a sports administrator to support the Director of Sport and Sports Office Manager with the running of the department and leading the following sports: equestrian, orienteering, touch and yachting. This role is also responsible for the EOTC systems across all sports and is the main contact for Middle School sports. Administrative responsibilities include database management, support for assemblies by producing certificates, coordinating sport photos, administration for sports days, sport uniforms and communications for Instagram and newsletters using “mailchimp”.

This role is part-time, 32 hours per week, term time only. Flexible on days of week.

This role requires someone who has worked in a sports administration role and has:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, databases, social media and google docs
