Eleven junior teams competed in the inaugural Have-A-Go Triples Bowls Competition held at the Takapuna Bowing Club.
The event was organised by staff and volunteers at the Takapuna Bowling Club where they provided coaching, competition and lunch in a fun environment.
Students competed over three rounds during the day with Glenfield College claiming first place from Auckland Girls Grammar in second and Rangitoto College third. A special mention to Rangitoto College who had nine teams competing at the event.
